Question 1

How long does a custom software project usually take?

Accepted Answer

Timing depends on scope and complexity. We normally spend 1-2 weeks on discovery and prototyping, then deliver in prioritized stages. Smaller projects often take 1-2 months, while complex systems are delivered through ongoing iterations.

Question 2

How do you price a project?

Accepted Answer

Pricing considers functional scope, design complexity, integrations, delivery timeline, and support requirements. When the scope is still unclear, we can begin with a focused consultation or prototype to reduce upfront risk.

Question 3

Can you take over an existing or legacy system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We first assess the codebase, architecture, deployment environment, and data, then recommend maintenance, refactoring, or staged replacement without assuming everything must be rebuilt.

Question 4

Do you provide support after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Support can include defect fixes, monitoring, feature iterations, and technical assistance. We also prepare the necessary deployment and usage documentation during handover.

Question 5

Who owns the source code and project materials?

Accepted Answer

Ownership follows the signed agreement. In most engagements, source code, design files, and agreed technical materials are delivered after acceptance and final payment.
